The Board of Directors holds regular Board meetings on the third Thursday of February, May, August and November at 10:00 a.m. ​Meetings are to be held via video teleconference.

The Board may call a meeting outside of these times, in which case the special meeting will be noticed at least 24-hours beforehand.
